Network

Good networking means sharing experiences, learning from one another and advancing developments together. Over the years, I have built a strong and diverse network that enables exactly this kind of exchange.

Lean Stammtisch Ulm

For me, the Lean Stammtisch Ulm is a place where Lean is not only discussed but truly lived. People from a wide range of industries come together here to apply Lean thinking in their daily work, further develop it or discover it for the first time.

This unique mix of experience, openness and real practice is what makes the Stammtisch so special. The focus is not on methods or slides but on real challenges from everyday work and the question of how Lean creates impact in different contexts. From production and logistics to administrative environments.

The exchange is direct, straightforward and always on equal footing. Everyone is welcome. It does not matter whether you bring many years of experience or are just getting started.

Podcast

The podcast Structured Chaos was created out of the desire to think ideas through out loud. Honestly, unfiltered and with a sense of humor. I host this podcast because I am convinced that good conversations create new perspectives and that change often begins the moment we say. Let us talk about it.

Structured Chaos has a clear goal. To explore complex topics from everyday life, leadership, change and communication in a way that creates real and tangible insights. Clear, humorous and still deep in content.

Each episode takes a phrase, a principle or an everyday situation as its starting point and develops a conversation that begins spontaneously, unfolds in a structured way and repeatedly opens up unexpected perspectives.

The podcast is released every two weeks. Always on Mondays. The structure remains intentionally unscripted. No fixed concept. No polished answers. Just honest thinking in dialogue. This is exactly how impulses emerge that are often missing in everyday life. Authentic, relatable and immediately applicable.

The takeaways from each episode are especially valuable. They can be applied not only in a professional context such as leadership, teamwork or change processes, but just as much in everyday private life.

Many listeners say that after an episode they look at situations differently, make clearer decisions or react more calmly. In short. Structured Chaos is worthwhile for anyone who enjoys fresh thinking, clear impulses and a bit of humor. Whether at work or at home.

FAQ

What do I need to do to participate in the Lean Stammtisch?

Participation is very straightforward: a short registration via the contact form or by email is all it takes. The Stammtisch is free of charge and open to everyone, whether you already have experience with Lean or are just getting started. After registering, you will receive all the details for the next meeting.

Can I join even if I have no prior Lean experience?

Yes, absolutely. The Lean Stammtisch thrives precisely on the mix of experienced Lean practitioners and people who are completely new to the topic. Everything takes place at eye level, and everyone can contribute ideas or take valuable impulses with them. Prior knowledge is helpful, but not a requirement.

How can I become part of your network?

My network has grown over many years and connects people from a wide range of industries and projects. Anyone interested in exchange, learning, and personal development naturally builds connections, whether through the Lean Stammtisch, joint projects, further education, or professional dialogue. And of course, you can also simply connect with me on LinkedIn. Very often, that is where the first valuable contacts are formed.

Do you also give talks in companies or at events?

Yes, absolutely. I regularly give talks on topics such as Lean Management, Change Management, leadership, organizational development, digitalization, and process optimization. The content is always tailored to the specific audience and occasion, ranging from short impulse talks to full keynote speeches. Requests can easily be made via the contact form.

How can I stay informed about new Lean Stammtisch dates?

The current dates are published on the website. You can also send me a short message and I will automatically inform you as soon as a new date is confirmed. Since the meetings usually take place on a quarterly basis, there is plenty of advance notice.

What role does the Structured Chaos podcast play in your network?

The podcast is an additional space for thoughts, ideas, and impulses. Very often, it sparks discussions, connections, and inspiring conversations. Many listeners later pick up topics from the podcast in personal exchanges, use them within their teams, or bring them into workshops. In this way, the podcast becomes an integral part of the network. A place where ideas continue to travel, connect, and open up new perspectives.

Ready to connect? If you value exchange, fresh impulses and a strong professional network, let us get in touch. I look forward to getting to know you.
