Art. 6 para. 1 lit. b GDPR (appointment processing) and, where applicable, Art. 6 para. 1 lit. a GDPR if the widget is loaded only after consent.
Third-country transfer:
Calendly processes data in the USA. Calendly provides a data processing agreement including EU standard contractual clauses.

7. WhatsApp Chat
We optionally offer the possibility to contact us via WhatsApp (provider: WhatsApp Ireland Limited / Meta Platforms).
When you use the WhatsApp chat or click the corresponding link, a connection to WhatsApp is established. WhatsApp may process, among other things, your phone number, profile or usage data and communication metadata.
Legal basis:
Use is voluntary and based on your consent or initiative (Art. 6 para. 1 lit. a or b GDPR).
Third-country transfer:
Processing in the USA cannot be ruled out due to Meta’s infrastructure. Meta uses standard contractual clauses as a transfer mechanism.

Our website contains only simple links to external platforms (e.g. LinkedIn, Instagram, Spotify).
