IONOS processes personal data (e.g. IP addresses in server log files) on our behalf on the basis of a data processing agreement in accordance with Art. 28 GDPR.

Data processing when accessing Vimeo content:
When you access a page containing an embedded Vimeo video, a connection to Vimeo servers may already be established when the embed loads or at the latest when playback starts. The following data may be processed and transmitted to Vimeo:

We optionally offer the possibility to contact us via WhatsApp (provider: WhatsApp Ireland Limited / Meta Platforms).
When you use the WhatsApp chat or click the corresponding link, a connection to WhatsApp is established. WhatsApp may process, among other things, your phone number, profile or usage data and communication metadata.

Use is voluntary and based on your consent or initiative (Art. 6 para. 1 lit. a or b GDPR).

Third-country transfer:
Processing in the USA cannot be ruled out due to Meta’s infrastructure. Meta uses standard contractual clauses as a transfer mechanism.
