What happens when science meets entrepreneurship and Lean thinking meets real people and real organizations? That is where I work: at the intersection of efficiency, humanity, and impact. My journey did not begin with a business plan but with the conviction that change is only successful when it makes sense for both organizations and the people who work in them. And that journey continues every day. I constantly evolve professionally, methodically, and especially interpersonally. Every encounter, every project, and every challenge broadens my perspective and helps me grow personally. This lifelong learning is what defines my work: to stay open, stay curious, and to keep getting better step by step.
Business & Non-Business Insights
As a consultant, scholar, entrepreneur, and passionate lecturer, I embrace the variety of perspectives – it keeps me alert, curious, and open. Conversations with people who want to make a difference inspire me, just as much as the dynamics of agile teams, where suddenly a spark ignites. For me, impact always arises through connection: through genuine exchange, through shared reflection, and through encouraging each other. Insights from practice flow into my concepts, and impulses from science flow back into organizations. This cycle continuously keeps me moving as a person and as an expert.
Vision & Mission
I build bridges – between theory and practice, between people and organizations, between efficiency and empathy.
My vision is a working world where both go hand in hand: performance and humanity.
My mission is to enable organizations and their teams to unleash their full potential: focused, agile, and with true purpose.
Change should not only be planned but also felt in everyday life – understandable, feasible, and sustainable.
My Passion
I am driven by making change tangible – where it truly matters in everyday life. I am fascinated by how small impulses can trigger significant transformations and how well-thought-out ideas become functioning processes. These are the moments that motivate me: when clarity emerges, movement begins, and organizations become noticeably easier and better.
Social Engagement
Social engagement has accompanied me since my earliest youth. Even then, I learned how much strength lies in being there for one another and how much community depends on people taking responsibility. This attitude still shapes me today. In a rapidly changing world, it is more important than ever to not only look inward but also outward. For me, engagement means stepping up where support is needed, creating opportunities, and empowering people. It is about attitude, reliability, and giving back, not because one must but because one wants to.
At the same time, I learn enormously from this commitment for my professional work. The experiences from social projects directly influence my view of process optimization, leadership dynamics, and coaching. In volunteer work I experience how teams function, how orientation can be given even under difficult conditions, and how important clear communication and cohesion are: insights that enrich my projects and make my work as a consultant even more effective. Whether in volunteer work, in social initiatives, or as a supporter of regional projects: this engagement is for me not an add-on but a central part of my identity. It reminds me daily that progress arises not only in organizations but above all between people.
Arbeiter-Samariter-Bund
The Arbeiter-Samariter-Bund Region Ulm represents something close to my heart: helping people quickly, reliably, and with genuine humanity. Whether in emergency services, in care, in social projects, or through services for children and youth – ASB is there where support is needed and steps in without many words. This grounded and effective approach makes the association so valuable to me. I am proud to actively help shape this path.
As a board member of ASB Region Ulm, Alb-Donau, Heidenheim, Aalen, I serve as treasurer. In this role, I ensure that our social services remain financially stable, sustainable, and future-ready so that we can reliably support people in our region.
Samariter für Ulm
The Samariter für Ulm Foundation supports social projects in our region where help is needed and has an immediate impact. Whether in youth and elderly care, support for people with disabilities, or emergency services, the foundation strengthens institutions and initiatives that relieve, accompany, and provide security to people in their everyday lives. It is precisely this direct and uncomplicated support that makes its work so valuable to me. As a member of the foundation board, I contribute my experience to promote projects that open up new perspectives for people and strengthen social cohesion. For me, it is a personal priority to help ensure that good ideas receive the support they deserve.
24 Stunden-Kick
The 24 hour Kick is much more to me than just Germany’s longest football match. Behind this special game between the Evangelical Youth Organization and the Evangelical Theological Seminary Blaubeuren lies a strong idea: raising donations through player sponsorships to support projects for children in South America. For many years, important initiatives have been supported through the 24h Kick, ranging from programs for street children to the construction of retirement homes and the support of Bolivian immigrant children. At its core, it is always about empowering people so that they can stand on their own feet to some extent. This very idea touches me deeply. I have been the main sponsor of this project for many years and am pleased to actively support the 24h Kick and contribute to ensuring that this valuable work can continue.
