Research & Publications
For me, science means one thing above all: creating knowledge by staying curious, asking questions, and understanding the world a little better. Research is not an academic end in itself, but the foundation for developing methods further, identifying trends early, and supporting organizations effectively. Insights from my studies and projects flow directly into my work as a consultant, coach, and lecturer. What emerges in research comes to life in practice – and it is precisely this transfer that inspires me: turning knowledge into impact.

Which industries is your expertise suitable for?
My work is cross-industry by design. I support companies from the automotive industry, mechanical and plant engineering, pharmaceutical and medical technology, logistics, the service sector as well as administrative departments in large corporations. Thanks to my broad experience, I am able to transfer best practices and develop solutions that truly fit your industry, whether you are a mid-sized company or a large enterprise.
How does a transformation project typically work?
We always start with a clear understanding of your current situation: Where do you stand? What is blocking progress? Where is the potential? Based on this, we jointly develop a concept that is pragmatic, measurable and tailored to your reality. Implementation takes place in small, effective steps, supported by coaching, training or workshops. What matters most to me is taking people along, making results visible and integrating change into everyday work, not just presenting it on slides.
How do companies benefit from your active role in teaching and research?
Through my work at various universities and my research activities, I am constantly in touch with current trends, scientific insights and innovative methods. This knowledge does not remain in the lecture hall. I translate it directly into practice and turn it into concrete, applicable solutions for your organization. You benefit from well-founded, modern impulses that are not purely theoretical, but practical, effective and implementable. In this way, you work with a consultant who not only brings experience, but also operates at the cutting edge of development.
What sets your work apart from other consultants or coaches?
I combine scientific rigor, practical experience and a strong human perspective. That means no templates, no buzzword bingo, but individual solutions that actually work. I think in networks, work at eye level and bring both methodological expertise and coaching approaches into my work. And I do not stop at concepts. I ensure that change is understood, accepted and implemented in everyday practice.
